9.9 Evinrude outboard for sale. Long shaft. This outboard is not running at the moment. It has been lying idle in my garage for the last 18 months and had been running well before that. I'm guessing it is a carb issue and someone with the time and knowledge should get this running easily. There is also an issue with a clip on the outboard cover and should be an easy fix. Surplus to requirement, hence sale.
