I bought a R1250GS a few years ago and recently bought a R1300GS. Both times I dealt with Patrick who is very knowledgeable and straight forward to deal with. Lukasz on the service desk is also a top man. Just had the first service on the 1300 and was well looked after by Sylvester. The 1250 is a great motorcycle. The 1300 is an absolutely superb machine. I ride it with a big smile on my face 😊

On a tour from Scotland bike started malfunctioning, took bike ro joe duffy as under warranty. Patrick was quick to address the situation and they kept my bike overnight due to risk of theft in the city.
