BMW C400X Scooter

Absolute stars at Joe Duffy today. Had an issue with the bike running rough and intermittent throttle operation. Thought I was going to have to have the bike recovered and fly home to Scotland awaiting repair. However, managed to get the bike to Joe Duffy and with the help of Jeff in Sales / Service and master tech Zak (who was off duty but offered to help) I got everything all sorted and back on the road to rejoin my tour team as we set off around Ireland. Awesome job and amazing service. Thanks a million.

I’ve had a very good experience thus far since buying my k1600 GT sport in 2021. No issues with the team or the service. May not be the cheapest but I don’t fancy being caught out with substandard service in some back street garage- paying for BMW service and expertise is worth while when you’ve got an expensive premium bike.

My Bike was held up for 5 days, first delayed for 1 day with a warning call, and then delayed for 5 days with no call, so when i came to collect the bike on agreed date making 100km round trip wasting my time and my friends time i was sent away with words you have to wait for sms.. When bike was ready my friend came to collect it and it was given to him with no questions asked, not even his name, so anybody could take it for the price of service.
