Today I left my Tracer in for a service at Yamaha Danfey Newlands, which had been booked two weeks in advance, and this was my very first experience with them. I have to say, the customer service was absolutely excellent. From the moment I arrived until I collected the bike, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I really felt taken care of. The atmosphere in the shop is fantastic 👌 Friendly, relaxed, and very professional. The work was completed quickly and finished with a full walk-through and presentation at the end, which I really appreciated. They actually did more than expected, and all for a very fair price. Just dropped into Danfay Motorcycles. The staff were really excellent. Very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer all my questions about the bikes I was looking at. Great to walk into a bike shop and not feel under pressure. Great Yamaha selection and all the bikes were spaced out and accessible to throw your leg over and get a feel for them without having to ask staff to pull them out of a tight line like in some other dealers.
