Nintendo 3DS- for parts and repair

Selling my Nintendo 3DS for parts or repair. The console was working but now suffers from the common "popping" issue. ​Known Issues: ​Power-on Failure: When pressing the power button, the screen flickers, a "pop" sound is heard from the speakers, and the unit immediately shuts down. ​Internal Ribbons: Upon inspection, the Upper LCD/Speaker ribbon cable appears to have a tear/pinch near the hinge. This is likely the cause of the power failure. ​Shoulder Button: The Left (L) Shoulder button ribbon cable is torn and needs replacement. ​Motherboard Condition: The plastic locking latch for the Circle Pad (joystick) connector is missing/broken off the motherboard. The pins appear intact but the cable cannot be locked in place without a shim or repair. ​Physical Condition: ​Screens are in good shape with no visible cracks but are quite dusty ( will be cleaned for purchase) ​Shell has some minor scuffs from use ​What’s Included: ​Console and original charger ​Note to Buyers: Sold strictly AS-IS for parts or for someone skilled in micro-soldering and shell/hinge repairs Please text only, thank you
