Timed Auction - Open Day

Diamonds in the Making: 10th–12th July This weekend, the Diamond and Rathnashannagh flocks will hold their online timed auction in conjunction with H&H, accessible through MartEye, running from 10th–12th July and closing at 7pm on 12th July. The sale will feature numerous National Champions from the flocks’ Badger Face, Blue Texel, and Dutch Spotted sheep. This year has been an exceptional one, with the flock winning the Overall National Champion title in each of the Badger Face, Blue Texel, and Dutch Spotted breeds. In addition, they claimed the Interbreed Champion title at Dundalk Show and the Reserve Interbreed Champion title at Athlone Show, where an outstanding standard of sheep was on display. Over the years, the Diamond flock has enjoyed remarkable success, securing numerous National and Overall Championship titles, including winning the Interbreed Champion title for three consecutive years at the national show, along with multiple victories at the Badger Face and Blue Texel National Shows. This success provides buyers with a unique opportunity to purchase stock bred from proven National Champion winning bloodlines, including outstanding imported genetics. With a wide selection of ram lambs, ewe lambs, shearling gimmers and shearling ram, there is something to suit every breeder in this year’s sale. The Diamond flock will also host an Open Day on 11th July, from 12pm - 8pm where all sale lots will be available to view prior to the online auction.
