0.25 acres with small cabin & caravan

Quarter acre of land with tiny cabin & caravan for sale near Inchigeelagh, Co Cork. There was mains electric there before, and I recently received a quote from the ESB to reconnect - it's only €499. There is currently some solar hooked up to the caravan (150watt) and the cabin (1100 watt) and I have an 1100 watt generator as well. There is no well or septic on the land, and no plumbed in bathroom in the cabin - I was using a little compost toilet unit. There is a 100 litre rainwater collection barrel hooked up to the drain from the caravan roof, with another 100 litre barrel available to hook up to the cabin. There is no planning on the site. There is evidence of previous habitation (someone was living there in a mobile home) which I can provide to the buyer. The cabin is 12m squared with a sleeping loft, and the caravan has roof and deck. The cabin was built on the footprint of an old garden shed. I have lots of photographs and other documents which can be passed along to the buyer. I am generally only available for viewings on weekends.
