Iron Worker HKM 60T: Features include; Twin hydraulic cylinder operation, Heavy duty support table with guides at the shearing and notching stations, Universal die bolster, Easy change punch holder, Rear vee notching facility, Punch adapters, Low power inching and adjustable stroke at the punch and shear ends, Mitre cut flanges of angles under shear blade and centralised pressure lubrication system. Machine is fully CE compliant. Specifications: 230 volt single phase & 400 volt 3 phase. Punching - holes up to 38mm (11mm thickness) made quickly & efficiently. The punches and dies are interchangable. Special punches are available on request. Steel Bar Shearing - up to 35mm square bar and 40mm round bar can be cut quickly. Special blades are available on request to cut U, I or T section steel. Angle Shear - with special Z form blades you can cut 45 and 90 degree angle sections. Sheet Metal Shear - Increases productivity in making light work of everyday sheet metal cutting jobs. Shear capacity 200mm x 20mm, 300mm x 15mm. Notching - The machine comes as standard with a rectangular notching tool for everyday applications. Special V Shape notching tools are available upon request.
