Inspired by the wave of converted shipping containers, this steel unit was fabricated from scratch by a steelworks company finished in October 2021. Advantage over a timber structure is obviously it will last longer, also doesn't require an annual paint. Currently set up as a personal training studio/home gym, this unit has the potential to fulfil any number of needs. As a large open space with electricity, insulation, and lighting, the unit could continue as a home gym which can be lifted in to a space and used immediately or could be further converted into a retail unit, coffee shop or anything else.
