Both units are in decent condition structurally but have water damage from leaking roofs and would require a new roof covering for continued use. The brown/Green unit has one segregated room circa 5ft x 6ft and has a kitchen countertop in the larger area. the walls are lined with hardboard. The blue unit is one open area set up as a workshop with perimeter shelving and hardboard lining. Both units each have 4 lifting points. Clear driveway access available for collection. Free of charge if collected in current state.
