Very rare 1925 Bacon & Day SILVER BELL #1 17 fret Tenor Banjo with extended fingerboard to 21 frets, beautiful mother of pearl inlays, Ottenger tailpiece. Can be played as a standard 19 fret banjo. Superb condition with a lovely sound. A pristine example. Completely professionally disassembled and reassembled by The String Doctor. New REMO Renaissance head fitted and fully serviced. In Excellent condition throughout. Lovely low action and perfect intonation the whole way up the neck. Genuine instrument complete with origional case.
