A beginner harp in very good condition. 20 strings, very portable, would suit beginner, especially 5-7years old as very portable. Also suitable as travel instrument. No levers. Holds the tuning very well. Comes with bag and tuning key. I'll try and record a better video with the camera closer to the instrument. (Tin whistle in picture for size only).
