Phil Davidson Short Scale Top tension Tenor banjo in great condition. Banjo has just received a full set up including a Full refret , new Remo Cloudy White head and a set of Clareen phosphorus Short scale strings with low action a new 5/8ths bridge. This banjo was hand made in the UK in the mid to late 1980’s and was one of Phil’s earliest banjos, it is all brass with a heavy flat head tone ring , it’s a heavy banjo which plays extremely well and sounds fantastic.
