Very special 4/4 German Violin

Beautiful old full size Mittenwald made violin, with a label. Dark varnish with warm color and ample character. Stainer shape, with full sound, excellent volume and balanced tone. Presumed 150-200 years old (late 1800's) Small age related marks and previous repairs, clearly a much played and loved higher quality instrument which would shine at Fleadhs and sessions, recitals or the classical field. New Helicore strings, fully set up and ready to enjoy. Comes with case and a decent, near new full sized bow. Bought as a life long keeper instrument but because I am very small I am changing to 7/8th size instead which I will find easier to play.
