Tony and his team are very honest, reliable and professional for imported Japanese car. They helped me to buy my CRZ from Japan’s auction directly. From sourcing, auction  shipping, customs clearance, car registration and NCT….they handled every steps for me and finally, I received the car with a very good condition. And the price is also very competitive. It is worth to the wait. If you need something special and are willing to wait for, just give them a call.

Bought a car with them last year, hassle free transaction and the guys were very friendly! The car just passed NCT and I haven’t had any issues! Would recommend :)

We came in looking for a reasonable priced automatic and we left with a car below our budget! This was about first time buying a car and the guy who helped was not pushy or following us around as we looked at the cars which I really appreciated. Id recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an automatic, id almost guarantee they have something for you and you can have a look around without feeling the pressure of a pushy salemesan!

Disappointing and unprofessional experience

I contacted ZWL Autos as I was looking to buy a small automatic car for my wife. Their website clearly states that Sunday viewings are available by appointment only, so I reached out expecting to schedule one. However, I was told they wouldn’t give me an appointment because I wasn't purchasing a “big car.”

This is not how an ethical or customer-focused business should operate. Every customer, regardless of their budget or the size of the car they're looking for, deserves respectful and fair treatment. I was genuinely interested in buying and had found several cars in the segment they offer — but this kind of selective approach is disappointing and unprofessional.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Don’t buy from ZWL if you want a mind free experience . I bought a Suzuki Swift car from ZWL motors and the front suspension was complaint, gone back to them next week as it has 3 months warranty. When I reached there they were arguing badly. Finally they agreed to check the car with mechanic. Their own mechanic stated that there is a complaint in the car. Unfortunately this fellas said they cannot do anything , even if the car bought a week ago. Very bad experience. Do not recommend them
