Cabin/Chalet for rent

The Chalet/Cabin is at the rear of the main house, on Thomastown Road, Glenageary and has independent side access. The property is monitored with CCTV for security. The electricity is charged extra to the rent. Everything in the Chalet is operated on electricity, lighting, heating hot water etc. There is a KWhr meter that measures the electricity used. The charge rate is as per Bord Gais. The electricity usage can be monitored with an App on your phone or directly from the meter located within the cablin. Hot water is stored in a HWS Cylinder and heated with an electric immersion. The Immersion can be switched on locally at the switch, or remotely through an App. There is a pump which will boost the water pressure for a shower if necessary but not always needed. The shower can the cab operate without the pump, at a lower flow rate. The pump is switched on and off locally. Your phone can (Bluetooth) connect with the shower to play your favourite music, while you shower. The shower also has multiple settings for jet direction and pressure. The toilet fan comes on with the toilet light and runs on for ten minutes after the light is switched off. The kitchen area has a Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Clothes Washer/Dryer, and a Small Over with Hot Plates.
