Wanted: Rural Rental - Shed/Studio/Workshop

Three adults (late 30's/early 40's) looking to rent a home or live/work property in the Leinster / Midlands region, ideally with additional usable space such as a shed, workshop, studio, barn, garage, yard or other outbuildings. Between us, we work across events and performance, art & web design, trades/construction and holistic / wellbeing services. What we're hoping to find is a space with: • Secure storage for equipment and props • A workshop, studio, shed or barn • Space for art, music or other creative work • Ideally some outdoor space, a yard or land We’re very open-minded about the type of property and would consider cottages, farmhouses, mixed-use properties, former commercial premises, or something a little more unusual that might not fit a standard rental listing. The property does not need to be newly renovated or perfect. We would also be interested in underused spaces or places that need some care and attention. We are open to caretaker-style arrangements, or situations where helping with light maintenance, property care or occasional practical support could form part of the arrangement. Our budget is approximately €700–€1,200 per month, depending on the property, location and facilities. References are available and we’re happy to tell you more about ourselves and what we do.
