2-Post Lift 4-Tonne 3HP 230 Volt

The Howden 4 Tonne Two Post Lift Floor Plate Electric Unlocking is a heavy-duty vehicle lift designed for professional workshop, service station and tyre bay use. This model is built with a floor plate design and a 4 tonne lifting capacity, making it suitable for a wide range of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The manufacturer states that it is intended for tasks such as tyre fitting, chassis repair, oil changes and vehicle inspection work. This lift uses a one-piece steel bending structure carriage with a stiffening plate design intended to improve strength and rigidity. It is also fitted with 2-section lifting arms, with a short front arm and a long rear arm, allowing the lift to accommodate vehicles with different wheelbases. According to the manufacturer, the structure is designed to comply with CE standards, and the lift includes electric unlocking for easier operation in day-to-day workshop use. For workshop safety, there are three levels of protection: an oil pipe explosion-proof valve, a mechanical lock, and an arm self-locking system. The hydraulic system uses an internationally recognised oil seal ring arrangement to help reduce leakage. This lift has a maximum lifting height of 1800mm and a drive-through clearance of 2500mm, making it suitable for common repair and maintenance applications in busy garages and service environments.
