2 Record Bench Planes

A pair of classic planes made in England by Record in very good condition. Better engineered than the more common Stanley planes with higher quality Sheffield steel blades. The bodies are clean and flat. The adjusters all work perfectly and the wooden handles are in good shape. The tungsten steel blades are sharpened and set ready to use. Record no 05 jack plane. The long body enables this plane to level and straighten rough sawn wood that may be twisted or bent. Record no 04 smoothing plane for achieving that silky smooth final finish.
