3d printed house plans

This listing is for 3d printed plans of your proposed extension or new build. 1. Simply send me a clear accurate pdf of your plans, fully dimensioned and with all personal information removed, this can then be transformed into 3d plans. This pdf information will then be evaluated and confirmation will be sent to the sender that it can be produced and the cost agreed. 2. I can accommodate 30 square metres at 1:100 scale - additional area above this will mean the price is multiplied accordingly and so on - so for example if your floor area is 75 square meters then the cost would times 3 etc. Please note this example is for a single level, dormer and 2 storey will be multiplied accordingly also. A 2 storey at 30 square meters per floor would be prices times 2 and so on. 3. A Digital reproduction (3d Model Video) is then sent to the customer for approval - at this point the file is printed and sent to the customer via registered post only. At this point there is no refunds and the final print is locked and no changes permitted. 4. Prints are in basic colours - this is to allow the customer to assess their design in its simplest form. 5. Multiple 30 square meter area can be joined together with joints designed into the printed items. Or the end customer can adhere the items together themselves, typically with superglue.
