I was in Irish garage equipment yesterday.  The staff were excellent.  Friendly. Went out of their way to help me. Had everything I needed in stock. The premises was very clean and tidy. Thanks lads and lady.

Went today to collect  a hose asked for warranty a rude answer was no warranty  then I said how come? He turned around  then saying  is a warranty.
If I didn't  pay attention  one end of the hose  has  no fittings on .
Definitely  looks like they really need trained people at the counter.

Absolutely poor piece of kit. Drilled 8 holes of 4mm on a 1mm thick sheet and got stuck. Never moved got replaced by the company. The replacement model that company delivered was water damaged . Mold in the cardboard, water marks every where, every nut and bolt was rusted as if it was dug out of bog!

Horrendous QC or pretty much non-existent, total waste of time dealing and buying with them. There is no QC happening at their end so better off buying elsewhere than wasting your time.

Sent pillar to post over the phone to lodge the complain, waiting for refund which they said will be issued when the machine is collected, everything as per their convenience.

Wouldnt buy again.
