Bench Stop

My 3D printed version of the Record No. 169 Bench Stop, a classic woodworking device no longer produced by Record of Sheffield. It serves as a fully retractable, height-adjustable planing stop The main mechanism screws directly onto the underside of your workbench. A plywood insert passes through a mortise cut into the benchtop. Because the exposed top is wood, it will not damage your hand plane blades if you accidentally strike it.
