This CNC cutting system features both plasma and oxyfuel capabilities, offering flexibility for a wide range of materials and thicknesses with a 10x5 cutting bed and fume extraction not water reducing lost parts. • Plasma System: • Currently fitted with a Hypertherm 45A single-phase plasma cutter • Cuts 10 mm plate cleanly, with no noticeable bevel or “coning” • Capable of cutting up to 16 mm plate (performance decreases at upper limit) • Easily upgradable to the latest Hypertherm High Definition plasma system for improved speed, precision, and thicker plate capacity • Oxyfuel System: • Heavy-duty torch capable of cutting up to 160 mm plate with ease • Ideal for thicker materials where plasma is not practical This setup provides an excellent balance between precision and heavy-plate capability, making it suitable for general fabrication, workshop use, or production cutting.
