It has 40 teeth made from a proprietary grade of carbide that is extremely strong, resulting in longer usable life and reduced chipping and breaking between sharpens. The blade also features ultra-sharp carbide teeth that reduce splintering, premium-grade carbide, and laser-cut expansion slots that reduce vibration, giving a smoother cut. The DT10640-QZ has a thin kerf (cutting width) to ensure that less push force is required by the user and that they cut straighter with reduced binding.
