Double mitre Metal Band Saw OPTIsaw SD 500

The OPTIsaw SD 500 is a heavy-duty industrial double-mitre metal band saw designed for precise, reliable and efficient cutting. Its solid construction and vibration-free operation ensure quiet running and excellent cutting accuracy. The complete saw bow can be swivelled from -45° to +60°, allowing flexible mitre cutting without repositioning the workpiece. A large, laterally adjustable quick-action vice provides fast and secure material clamping. The machine is equipped with ball-bearing saw band guides and carbide plates for optimum cutting results. The lowering speed can be easily adjusted using the feed control valve on the clear, user-friendly control panel. Additional features include a coolant pump, an automatic limit switch with microswitch and a high-quality bi-metal saw blade supplied as standard.
