What a shop great product range I was there recently to purchase a robotic lawnmower excellent well informed staff very helpful ,was delighted with my purchase they have a   amazing range of products couldn't recommend them enough.

Wouldnt recommend, bought UFO swing and after couple months use, the metal hoop that holds the swing wore down over half way, emailed for replacement part. Never received it. obviously cheaply made but sell at high prices

this is the fifth time now that I check something online and they don't have it in stock. it's frustrating !
another bad note as well for the attitude towards customer close to the f off style. curiously not the same when the tradesman is coming to get something. maybe they should have 2 shops then and a better sense of service. I have no more patience with that now. will go online and get delivered. chances are it will be cheaper as well.

Ordered new quad sower from Clarkes. Hadn't received order inside delivery dates. 3 phone calls to resolve slow to call back. When sent out had paid extra 100 euro for delivery, but still had to collect from haulier in Shannon (20 miles away at extra cost) as delivery company said not deliverable. Rang about this 2 months ago and yet to receive any correspondence.

Very poor service. The first time, they misplaced my Husqvarna mower after I left it for servicing. Now, my Honda mower has been with them for over two weeks with no update. They promised to call back but never did, and they’ve stopped answering the phone entirely. Unreliable and unprofessional.
