Felling Grapple

The HYPRO FG45 is a versatile felling grapple/grapple saw designed for use on forestry trailers, forwarders, excavators and other cranes fitted with a rotator. It can be used for felling, cutting, loading and unloading trees, brushwood and energy wood, making it well suited to forestry work, roadside clearance, powerline corridors, parks and other vegetation management work. Supplied as standard with open grapple fingers, a 10cc saw motor and 59cm saw bar, the FG45 can also be fitted with a 54cm energy bar capable of cutting material up to approximately 45cm. Its automatic tilt function helps position the grapple for felling, while the low overall weight makes it a strong option for longer-reach cranes without unnecessarily affecting lifting capacity or stability.
