Courier had damaged one of the 4 items, Annette got back in touch straight away. She even went into work over Xmas to send me a replacement. Absolutely brilliant service,  thanks again for been great.

We ordered a Wedding car reg plate from these guys, we were racing against time and these were fabulous from start to finish.

I felt so bad as I had to have a personalized plate due to it being a 1 off, these were so helpful and patient with me. Prompt delivery, fantastic product, and amazing Customer service. I cannot believe how much time these gave me over such a small and very cheap product. Highly recommend and can't wait to use their services again soon.

Doesn’t advertise items correctly and when approached all I got was a very bad attitude, once they’re put straight, they fail to reply to messages. They think they know it all but clearly they don’t, even after 15 years!

Scammers. This company lists items on eBay with false information, then when you file a return, they will send you aggressive messages saying that it's not their fault. The absolute most I can get out of them is that they will allow me to return an item that literally doesn't match the description on eBay, but they won't pay for the return postage. If you want to be provided with the incorrect item and be subject to aggressive and rude messages when you try to return it, then look no further.

Tragic service and thieves...

Bought item two FEBI control arms on eBay, they sent only one and partially refund. Then when the item was broken, and I tried under the warranty to get a refund, following them advice, returned the item for inspection. They have stolen my item and didn't respond to my email, on the phone always I have been informed that Mr. Sean will contact me but I never received his call back. Reported this case to FEBI Bilstein, and now I will start with Trading Standards.

Please be aware... If you buy item from this company you have not any warranty for broken or faulty parts even if warranty comes from manufacturer.

For your peace of mind, AVOID !!!
