Product Description The 1.5 Tonne Heavy Duty Truck Transmission Jack is designed for the safe removal, installation and movement of heavy truck transmissions. Built for commercial vehicle workshops, HGV service centres, agricultural workshops and fleet maintenance environments, this jack provides the lifting height, stability and control required when handling large transmission assemblies. With a 1.5 tonne lifting capacity and a lifting range from 220mm to 940mm, the is suitable for working under trucks, commercial vehicles and heavy workshop equipment where a strong and stable transmission support is required. The long 1105mm base and 660mm overall width help provide stability during positioning and lifting. The jack is fitted with an adjustable universal saddle with four brackets, hand-adjustable corner brackets and safety chains to help secure the load during removal or installation. The saddle tilt adjustment allows front, side and rear movement, helping the operator align the transmission accurately during service work. A welded wheel base provides strength and stability, while swivel castors allow easier manoeuvrability around the workshop. The chrome-plated pump piston and ram help resist rust, and the 360° rotating pump handle allows operation from any direction. Controlled lowering is managed by a conveniently positioned release valve knob, while an integrated safety by-pass device helps protect the hydraulic system from being used beyond its rated capacity.
