Gap checker for suspension and steering designed to clamp onto a vehicle wheel so the user can move the wheel up and down or left to right to check for play in suspension and steering components. It is suitable for detecting wear in joints, wheel bearings and top strut mounts, and is intended for use with the vehicle on the floor. The tool provides strong leverage, mounts horizontally to check steering joints and tie rods, and can also help loosen stuck wheels without using wooden blocks or hammers. It is suitable for front and rear wheels and fits wheel diameters from 550mm to 800mm, roughly 13" to 22". Specifications Suitable for wheel diameters from 550mm to 800mm.
