Product Description The HTM 20" x 12" Semi-Automatic Bandsaw is a heavy-duty metal cutting machine designed for professional fabrication, engineering and workshop applications. Powered by a 2.2kW / 3HP motor and operating from a 400V supply, the machine combines semi-automatic operation with a 2-way swivel head, allowing straight and mitre cutting in both directions without having to reposition large or awkward workpieces. The machine features a hydraulic power pack that controls the non cutting actions of saw, lowering ram, vice & automatic bow return, helping provide controlled cutting and efficient operation during repetitive fabrication work. Variable blade speed from 20 to 80 metres per minute allows the operator to adjust the cutting speed to suit different metals and section sizes. A substantial 3770 x 34 x 1.1mm blade, built-in coolant system and maximum straight-cut capacity of 355mm round or 300 x 490mm rectangular section make this bandsaw suitable for demanding professional metalworking applications.
