Hydraulic Hose Crimping Tool 1/4" – 1" | P16S Portable Hose Crimper Product Description The Hydraulic Hose Crimping Tool 1/4" – 1" is a compact portable hose crimping machine designed for hydraulic hose repair, field service work and workshop use. Built for crimping hydraulic hose assemblies from 3/16" up to 1", this machine provides a practical solution for users who need to make or repair hydraulic hoses without relying on a fixed workshop crimping station. The P16S is designed as a compact and easily movable machine, making it suitable for mobile repair vans, agricultural workshops, plant maintenance, machinery repair and hydraulic service applications. The crimper head weighs 20 kg for improved mobility, while the complete machine has a total weight of 35 kg. This hydraulic hose crimper is supplied with 7 standard die sets, covering die sizes 14, 16, 19, 23, 27, 31 and 35. The machine has a maximum opening of 30 mm and a crimping range of 6 mm to 25 mm, allowing the operator to select the correct die set and crimping measurement for the hose and ferrule being used. The machine consists of a crimping head, chassis and hydraulic pump. It is manually operated and designed for use by trained operators who understand hydraulic hose assembly, die selection and crimping measurement setup.
