Absolutely poor piece of kit. Drilled 8 holes of 4mm on a 1mm thick sheet and got stuck. Never moved got replaced by the company. The replacement model that company delivered was water damaged . Mold in the cardboard, water marks every where, every nut and bolt was rusted as if it was dug out of bog!

Horrendous QC or pretty much non-existent, total waste of time dealing and buying with them. There is no QC happening at their end so better off buying elsewhere than wasting your time.

Sent pillar to post over the phone to lodge the complain, waiting for refund which they said will be issued when the machine is collected, everything as per their convenience.

Wouldnt buy again.

We placed an order over a month ago and at first made a small mistake instead of ticking the box for delivery, we ticked the store pickup.
We realised the mistake after a week and reached out to customer service. No problem, paid extra 20 for extra heavy item (even though they do offer free delivery?) and waited for delivery.
Half of the order was delivered within couple of days, but the heavy item (and the one we were actually waiting for) wasn't there. The delivery guy claimed he didn't have enough space in the van and it will be delivered next time.
We waited a week and then reached out to them again. We were told the delivery is scheduled in a couple of days. Again, wasn't delivered. We gave an extra day and called again.
This time we were told they don't have the item in stock and it will be 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered, 23rd of April to be exact. In all this time we did not receive any communication from them, no calls or emails letting us know what is happening, no follow ups.
The time has passed and the order still hasn't arrived. After calling them today we found they still don't have it in stock. No calls or emails, just ridiculing on the phone after getting frustrated and getting hanged up. Agent refused to give his name too.
Yes, we were offered a refund, but that isn't what we wanted and we did wait the few extra weeks for it to arrive, it just never did.
Absolutely dissapointed with the lack of communication and the handling of the situation, made us think your reviews online aren't really genuine.
Also, never received the 20 euro back that was paid for the extra heavy delivery. It seems like they just plainly ignore any of our attempts to contact them about it now.

KRANZLE HD 10/122 Q/R

Designed by Kranzle, the 10-122 Q/R  is a small compact pressure washer built to the same high standard as the rest of the Kranzle series. This pressure washer is around the same price as many cheaply assembled machines with only plastic, or aluminium valve housings that corrode. Water corrodes aluminium. So, all our valve housings are manufactured from a forged special brass, with a 10 year anti-corrosion guarantee on the pump head! They cannot just wear out. An excellent value for money machine, well designed easy to maintain and very durable.

This new version comes with a quick release lance / gun which allows for fast changing of lance and also allows you to use the many other Kranzle attachments in there range
