What can I say, I'm absolutely delighted with these guys here. I spoke with Kevin yesterday regarding a Hyundai spare part and I received it by courier this afternoon. Unbelievable service and he knew his stuff straight off without any hesitation.

Very very good service, ordered screws for side projects i do yesterday around 11am, arrived in less than 24hrs to my door. The products I have bought so far are relatively cheap and great quality. Free delivery if you spend over €50. Very happy, will be ordering from here again in the future. 5 star service 100%

Just bought really good pressure washer machine with them. Great services.

Terrible company. No tracking, no calls.

They have admitted that the delivery was completely unacceptable but won't return any parts. Have failed to deliver nearly half the order too. Warren has admitted full responsibility and full liability, Liam has promised everything and delivered nothing. The owner is a dodging piece of work. All they supply is wet, damaged, and rusty, equipment. That is, if they deliver everything you pay for. They still have 8 items from my order.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Don’t let these 5-star reviews fool you. This company gives out a free mat when you leave them a 5-star review on Google. I’ve never had a worse experience with a business in my life.

About three years ago, I purchased a Hyundai power washer from Irish Garage Equipment. Nine months later, due to a fault with the machine,  with reluctancy I was given a replacement. A year later, that replacement power washer also became faulty — but this time, I had to pay to replace it. I decided to go for the Honda GX model, which they claimed would “never break” and was “the most reliable machine.”

A couple of months later, the pump failed, and I was told it would cost €400 to fix. As a small business owner myself, I reached out to the owner and explained my situation — three power washers in three years! I asked if he could offer any sort of discount. I was shocked when he said he could take €50 off the price like he was doing me a favour.

A week later, the power washer still wasn’t working, so I contacted the company again. They told me to bring it in for repair. When I arrived, the technician rudely questioned me about whether I had “gone through the process” before disappearing into the back of the warehouse. Unfortunately, Terry — the technician who used to be so kind and helpful — is no longer there.

The lads then handed me a hose they found lying around in the back, clearly used for years, and told me to “put that on and see what happens.” 😂 (picture attached) this hose had a pin sized leak in it… my assumption as to why it was found on the warehouse floor.

I’m not one for writing google reviews but these guys hurt my business massively due to the lack of customer care. Don’t buy these cheap bought faulty machines.
