Bought several STIHL chainsaws and both ride-on and pedestrian mowers from NWG in past few years. North West Grass always go beyond what is normal customer experience. They sell great quality products and are very free giving with good advice to let you choose the correct product for your needs. The website gives you the current stock which is handy but they will also source non-standard items if needed. Both Derek and Ronan (and the team) are excellent and I really could not recommend them enough.

Invested in a Robot Lawnmower this week. Great service from Derek. Visited the garden, advised on how to have it ready and installed the unit. Gave us loads of time while doing this and gave us tips and advice on the proper running of it. We never felt rushed while he was here, excellent customer service. Now to position a chair outside and watch it in action!
