New generation SSA-400-12PRO The SSA-400-12PRO series brings a number of design improvements. The most important ones are reinforced carriers on both conveyors, a rotating output conveyor, a flexible log stop, a new holding system and a cleaning hole in the splitting channel . The manufacturer also offers optional accessories, such as a 6- or 8-piece splitting cross, log lifter and log feeder . Cutting, splitting and transport in one machine The SSA-400-12PRO/Z combines the entire firewood production process into one machine. The log is hydraulically fed to the sawmill, cut to the required length, then split with a force of 12 tons and the finished wood automatically continues onto the output conveyor. This significantly reduces the amount of manual handling and increases productivity when processing larger amounts of firewood.
