There is a brand new spanner for the regulator nuts to gas cylinder fittings I bought the welding trolley second hand Everything works as it should. The photos show the regulator gauges working perfectly before the rented gas bottles were returned to the Suppliers. You will have to rent or buy your own gas cylinders - as normal.
