Fantastic service great customer service when I rang about my delivery date they were very polite and courteous.Generator delivered today as I was told ,the delivery driver was a gentleman I have bought alot of garage equipment from Irish Garage Equipment and would highly recommend them.

Had very minor issues with something I bought from them 10 month ago email them and send out replacement parts with in few days so after sale it pretty good 👍 in my eyes 👀

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service. I spent a large sum of money with this company and the after care I have received is shocking. I bought a lift,  erode buying I specifically asked if it would lift a long wheel based transit van and I was informed that it would. Once it was fitted I tried to lift a transit van only to find out that it wasn’t fit to lift it. The arms aren’t long enough to reach the jacking points. I emailed about this stating the problem to which I got no response. After a number of days I rang and was told someone would get back to me. Needless to say nobody did. A week later I rang again and this time I got hung up on so I rang again immediately only to be told the person I was talking to 2 seconds beforehand was no longer on the premises. So I rang again a couple of days later and the manager/owner informs me he will send someone to look at it for me and show me how to lift a van. The companies employee comes and he says it’d lift his van but it is not fit to lift the van I want it to. After this I ring the owner again only to be told he would send me a video of it lifting a transit. My husband then rings him that same evening and tells him that it needs to be refunded or exchanged for a lift that will lift what I need it to (with me paying the difference) or we will take things further to which the owner didn’t seem fazed by at all and said he looks forward to our solicitors letter. Under consumer law, if a product or service breaks, is not fit for purpose or does not do what the seller or advertisement said it would do, you can ask for a repair, replacement or refund. This mustn’t apply to Irish Garage equipment. We’ll see about that.
