I have a 10 kva Hyundai generator and last week it just wouldn’t start for me. I tried everything even taking it apart and tried starting it over and over and nothing! I rang IGE and spoke with Terry and I’m so glad I did. He was SO helpful and understanding. We troubleshooted over the phone as to what the issue could be, he even got a spare pull cord from another machine and sent videos on how it should be working. When we realized what the issue was he sourced a new pull cord for me that was suitable for my machine and sent it straight away and I received it the following day. It now starts perfectly and I’m so happy I can continue using it rather than purchasing a new one. I would certainly recommend using IGE as they really got me out of a jam and I will continue to purchase from them in the future. Thanks a million for all your help!
