I clicked and collected some gardening equipment on their site then landed and picked up all my stuff. I was well looked after and was in and out without fuss.
There's loads of stuff there, generators, toolboxes, tools and other equipment.
Clean and well set-up show rooms.

All good cept..didnt get confirmation email when i bought on line and didnt get a receipt when i went to collect my goods. Weird.

I found the online store and picked up my order at the physical store; the in-person service was excellent.

I bought a Hyundai power washer at a great price. 9 months later the pressure was dropping off. I contacted IGE and without question they collected it, replaced a leaking inlet valve and delivered it back to me. Great service. Great staff.

The situation is outrageous. I drove 70 km to collect an item I had already ordered and paid for online, only to find the store closed on Saturday, even though Google showed it as open. I wasn’t the only one — there were many customers waiting outside.

What makes this even worse is that the company is promoting a Bank Holiday sale on their website, encouraging customers to shop while the store is actually closed. Customers are being misled into travelling long distances only to find the doors shut. This is completely unacceptable.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, & in the same condition that you received it.
