Ravaglioli 5 Ton 4 Post Car Flat Platform Lift

The Ravaglioli RAV4501L is a professional-grade 5-tonne electrohydraulic 4-post lift engineered for intensive workshop use, wheel alignment preparation and general vehicle servicing. Designed with extra-long 5700mm runways and a heavy-duty four-column structure, this lift delivers exceptional stability, lifting reliability and vehicle accessibility for professional garages, tyre centres and service workshops. Manufactured in Italy by Ravaglioli, the RAV4501L features a robust electrohydraulic lifting system with the hydraulic cylinder fully protected inside the fixed platform structure. The lift utilises galvanised pre-stretched steel cables combined with large-diameter pulleys fitted with self-lubricating maintenance-free bushes, ensuring smooth operation and long-term durability in demanding workshop environments. Safety is a major feature of the RAV4501L. Automatic mechanical backup safety locks engage every 100mm and are pneumatically released, allowing safe stationary operation even with unladen cables. Immediate-triggering safety stud devices activate if cable slackening or failure occurs, while an automatic anti-toe trap alarm activates during the final stages of descent for additional operator protection. The lift is supplied with flat platforms, making it suitable for a wide range of servicing applications including tyre work, inspections and general workshop maintenance. Optional wheel alignment accessories, jacking beams and drive-through ramp kits are available to further increase workshop versatility. With a low 160mm drive-on height, wide drive-through access and heavy-duty 5000kg lifting capacity, the RAV4501L is ideal for servicing cars, SUVs, vans and light commercial vehicles. The powder-coated structure and premium Italian engineering ensure long-term reliability and professional workshop performance.
