Excellent experience purchasing a Kress robotic lawn mower from ISE Forest & Garden Equipment. Communication was fast, friendly, and professional – they responded to emails quickly, even outside of working hours. They also delivered the mower directly to my location, which was very convenient. I set up the robot myself, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called to check if everything was working well and if I needed any help. That level of customer care really stands out.
