Got a 2 post lift delivered to me last week. Very easy self installation. There's always someone on the end of the phone to help you out . Look for the repairs dept for technical advice. They know their stuff

I had to contact Howden Tools with a query via FB Messenger and received an almost immediate reply. I had to follow this up with an email for further details to the sales dept. Once again I received a very quick reply and proceeded to place my order the next day, which was a Friday morning for a 3 SECTION 3X7 EXTENSION (COMBI) LADDER 4.2 MTR. To my complete surprise the ladder which is excellent quality arrived the very next day.
