Universal pillar gear drill OPTIdrill DH 40 GPE

The OPTIdrill DH 40GPE is a heavy-duty universal pillar gear drill designed for accurate drilling, tapping and workshop applications. It is powered by a high-quality two-stage industrial motor, while the ground gear wheels running in an oil bath ensure smooth, quiet and reliable operation. The machine features a large, solid cross table with a precision-finished surface. The table is adjustable using three handwheels and includes an integrated length scale and adjustable end stops for precise positioning. Both the gear head and drill table are height-adjustable, and the gear head can be tilted sideways by up to ±45° for angled drilling. Forward and reverse rotation, a drilling depth stop and a thread-cutting function provide additional versatility. The OPTIdrill DH 40GPE is also equipped with a coolant pump and LED work light, making it suitable for professional workshops, engineering, fabrication and demanding machining work.
