PIUSI VISCOMAT DC Oil Transfer Pump 12V / 24V Product Description The PIUSI VISCOMAT DC is a direct current oil transfer pump designed for workshops, agriculture, construction, mining and mobile service applications. It is built for transferring and dispensing lubricating oil where a mains power supply or compressed air system is not available. Designed for use with drums, IBC tanks and mobile oil transfer kits, the VISCOMAT DC is suitable for medium to low viscosity oils and provides a practical solution for vehicle servicing, machinery maintenance and field lubrication work. Depending on the model, the pump can deliver flow rates up to 10 litres per minute and working pressure up to 10 bar. PIUSI lists the pump as suitable for oils up to 2000 cSt, with the VISCOMAT DC 60/2 variant limited to 600 cSt. (Piusi) The pump uses a gear rotor design, making it suitable for handling thicker lubricating oils compared with lighter transfer applications.
