There was an issue with a ride on toy I got my son for Christmas. Within 24 hours of re opening after the brake, the team in Clarkes had dispatched a replacement to me! Amazing service from Martin, Jamie and all the team, i will certainly be buying from you guys again!

Excellent  customer service and friendly staff, this store has a great range of tools and other motoring and tractor parts

Top quality brands, great tools, fantastic range of products but customer service is not great.

Its great to see local young ppl working there but from their crankiness and unfriendliness it appears that they either dont want to be there or they aspire to do something else... Or some other issue...
Unfortunately I was never able to exit the shop with a smile, despite the fact I had just bought something really useful and of great quality.
Dont ask if they have a different size or model because the answer is "no"... Despite pretending to look ot up on the system ...
Just make me want to get stuff online despite I strongly support buying local...

Hopefully things will get better, for now I will buy there only stuff I need on the day..

Absolutely terrible !!!! Purchased a €1500 generator which I never received and absolutely no help from this company at all !!!!! Militia leader calls and emails gone ignored I was left footing the bill for something I never even got!!!!! Avoid at all cost
