Large solid timber two-storey children's playhouse, approximately 2m wide x 2m deep. A really substantial playhouse with loads of space downstairs plus a large upstairs loft/play area, accessed by the internal wooden ladder. Features include covered front veranda, upstairs mezzanine with timber safety railing, internal ladder, timber floor, opening shutters/windows and door, and pitched felt roof. It has been well used and loved by our children and is now ready for another family. It's in good used condition for its age, with the normal weathering you'd expect from an outdoor wooden playhouse. A clean and fresh coat of paint would bring it up really nicely. We can dismantle it and have it ready for collection, which should make transporting it considerably easier.
