Comes with a double sided floor (one side wood, one side grass) that can be added onto the house to expand it, a wooden corner balcony, staircase and fencing that can be taken off. Has a movable wall that can be used as an exterior wall/partition. It has lights that turn on when batteries are placed (batteries not included). Used but in excellent condition.
