Wooden Dall House

FOR SALE... My daughter would like to sell her wooden L.O.L. Surprise house. I bought it two years ago at Smyths (unfortunately, they're no longer available there; I found other offers online). The house is in very good condition, although I'm sure everyone has different standards... nevertheless, it does have a few flaws. One level has dents on two sides, caused by screwing it together. It looks like the screw holes are too high... It's fixable, but it doesn't interfere with play, and it's still stable... The second thing is younger brother's fault: he ran a marker down the slide. I managed to clean some of it off with regular detergents, so it's possible that something special will come off completely... Besides the furniture shown in the photo, there are a few other small accessories, and I admit that there might be some missing...
