Founded in 1978, Lynch &amp; McCarthy Ltd quickly established an enviable reputation for customer focused sales and service. From our initial International tractor franchise days (now returned as Case IH), to revolutionising silage making in 1986 (when we wrapped the first round bale of silage in the south of Ireland), Lynch &amp; McCarthy have gone on to secure the top names in agricultural and construction machinery and to providing a top class back up service to our customers.

Lynch &amp; McCarthy Ltd. has throughout the years, grown with our suppliers in selling both new and used machinery and helping in the increase in productivity and expansion of the agricultural and construction sectors.

We are proud to say that Lynch &amp; McCarthy is a wholly owned family business (with three generations of the McCarthy family involved in the business). Led by Michael McCarthy with sons David and Peter, they are backed by a highly skilled and motivated staff. In 2013 we decided to open a new branch in West Cork in order to provide a better service to our customers there. Now our Cork customers do not have to travel too far to either branch in order to do their business.

The entire product range is supported by well stocked spare parts departments and a service division with technical support in constant liaison with the sales team.

Took my 3 year old grandson to browse about here, he's obsessed with tractors.
One of the nicest gentleman I've ever met came chatting to us and gave a little Case tractor on a keyring to my grandson, he made his day!! Unfortunately, the little lad lost the keyring soon after and was so so upset.
I returned to the shop to ask if I could purchase another one, but they didn't have any more.  Another lovely gentleman found a model tractor and gave him!!  I couldn't believe that such nice, genuine, sincere, caring people exist!!  These two gentlemen deserve a big raise in their salaries!
